This year Fitness4Everybody is participating in Joe Gibbs's Youth for Tomorrow Annual Country
Fair. This fun event benefitsYouth For Tomorrow – A residential youth home and private school
for at-risk teenage boys and girls.

And yes Joe Gibbs will be there!!!! Bring the family to enjoy the amusements, food,
live auctions, and silent auctions. And don't forget to participate in the Wellness Exhibit,
where you can join in on fun exercises and learn more about fitness and health.

April 27, 2008 The George Washington Parkway Classic 5k and 10 miler Every year Fitness4Everybody has a great time run and/or walking the 5k with our F4EB family and friends, while some of our trainers and clients take on the 10miler.
